You Are Not Alone: Support for Caregivers at Every Step
A safe space for caregivers to share, learn, and feel supported
Why Caregiver Support Groups Matter
Caring for a loved one—especially someone living with dementia, disability, or serious illness—can be rewarding, but also stressful and overwhelming. Many caregivers experience burnout, anxiety, guilt, and isolation.
Research shows that caregivers benefit greatly from:
Emotional support from others going through similar journeys
Learning practical tips to manage care at home
Building resilience through shared stories
Taking time to care for themselves
That’s why PTC Care Center runs a dedicated Caregiver Support Group—to connect, strengthen, and uplift caregivers.
What You Can Expect from the Group

Free and open to all caregivers (family members, spouses, friends)
