Health Talk for Textile Industry Workers

At PTC Care Center, we are committed to extending healthcare beyond our facility through our community outreach program, PTC CareConnect. On 2nd May 2025, our team conducted a special health talk session for workers at a local textile industry in Namakkal.
This initiative aimed to enhance awareness and promote preventive health practices among the workforce, focusing on:

- Nutrition: Simple, practical tips for maintaining a balanced and energy-sustaining diet amidst work demands.
- Mental Wellbeing: Stress management strategies and emotional self-care for industrial workers.
- Ergonomics & Physiotherapy: The role of posture, movement, and therapy in preventing Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WRMSDs).
